4. I have installed Symbian FaceStore Messaging but I can't see it in any of the menus

You should see a FaceStore icon in the main menu and a "FaceStore message" option under "New message" in the Messaging menu. If you still can't find FaceStore, try restarting your phone to refresh the menus. If this doesn't help, the software is not installed correctly. This can happen if you don't remove previous FaceStore versions from your phone before installation. Try the following steps to correct the installation:

  1. Press the menu key to bring up the main menu
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Manager
  4. Select FaceStore in the list of applications, then Options / Remove
  5. Restart your phone
  6. Install FaceStore again
  7. Restart your phone

5. I can't get FaceStore to install on my phone

If you find nothing happens when you try to install FaceStore, or you get an installation security error warning, try the following steps:

  1. Press the menu key to bring up the main menu
  2. Select Tools
  3. Select Manager
  4. From the Options menu, select Settings
  5. Select Software installation, set this to On
  6. Select Online certif. check, set this to Off
  7. Install FaceStore again
