1. What is a FaceStore message?A FaceStore message is a fully animated talking head video created from a voice recording and a single image ("Face"). The FaceStore message can be sent from one mobile phone to another, using the WAP interface, or by saving the downloaded 3GP file and then sending it in an MMS.2. What phones are compatible with FaceStore WAP?In general, most phones with a WAP browser can use FaceStore Messaging, and most phones with video playback can view the message. Click here for a list of compatible phones.3. What is the file size of a FaceStore message?A FaceStore message can be up to 100kb. However, some networks have restrictions on the file size you can send.4. How much does it cost to send a FaceStore message?Once you've created a FaceStore message, you can send it once for no additional cost from the WAP page. If you want to send the message to more than one person, please see Question 6.5. Who can I send a FaceStore message to?A FaceStore message can be sent to either an MMS enabled mobile phone or to an email recipient. Click here for more information.6. Can I send a FaceStore message to more than one person?You can send a FaceStore Message to one person for free from the WAP page where you download your message. If you wish to send it to anyone else, you must download the 3GP file with your message in, and save it to your phone. You can then send the 3GP file as part of a standard MMS at the normal cost of an MMS.7. I can’t remember my friend's phone number to type into the 'Send' box on the WAP page.You can always download the 3GP file to your phone and send it as a standard MMS where you have full access to your contacts list. Anthropics is also working on a system where you can upload your address book to be used with the FaceStore WAP pages.8. How can I make my own Faces for use with the FaceStore WAP system?We are currently developing a service where you can send a picture via MMS and make it into a FaceStore Face that you can use with the WAP system.9. I’ve recorded a message on the phone but I can’t find it — what happened?
